oh no. im dead if i dont start updating logbook(im dead lazy). and im dead if i dont start running. IPPTs standard for gold 2.4km is under 9mins 45 seconds. thats IPPT and not the regular Napha ill be taking which will be approximately next semester. and my standard timing currently is 13 mins i guess.
